The job requires timely handling of matters in a large department related to cash, overtime, preparing bill, invoices,weekly and monthly reports, record keeping and handling general administrative tasks and providing support to field teams. Proficiency in MS Word/Ms Excel, typing speed of 30WPM is required in addition to a very energetic personality and strong follow up skills. Minimum qualification of bachelors e.g. BA/B.com is required with related experience of 1-2 years. Knowledge of finance/accounts is desired.Maximum age for this position is 40 years.
